CalendarIncluded
Your plan, day by day
Every working day of the weeks ahead: what each project gets, what waits on revisions, and the first day you’re free for a new one. It goes into your Google Calendar too.
Rolls
Rolls: more on the base, when you need it.
Traceroll starts with the base roll: the hours you log on each phase, on target or not, and when you need the next project. Each roll lays more over it, like another sheet of trace. Add one, or take it off, in Settings.
01Included
In the price, there when you want them
The Calendar, Projects and Contacts rolls come with the base roll’s seat. Each one waits, off, until you activate it.
ProjectsIncluded
Reports, and every phase on the record
Two reports for each project, one for the client and one for you, and its history: each phase started, handed over, handed in, with the PDF that closed it, dated and fingerprinted.
ContactsIncluded
Who’s on each project
Clients, engineers, contractors, the council: each contact with the projects they’re on, and a project’s people on its page. From your phone and back to it.
02Team
For an office of several
Everyone on the same projects, each with a side of their own.
Studio+US$9/month
An office on the same projects
Several people on the studio’s projects, each logging their own time and keeping a side of their own. The forecast counts everyone’s hours. $9 a month for the studio, plus $9 a seat.
03Country
Rolls for the country you practise in
Each country has its own: its phases, its contracts, its rules, all included in the price. Yours opens by itself.
Belgium
Belgium rollIncluded
The Ordre’s phases, and the contract
For offices in Belgium: new projects start with the Ordre des Architectes’ seven phases, the permit’s long wait already counted, and the Ordre’s contract walked through for each one.
StageIncluded · for interns · CFG
Your stage, kept the way the Ordre asks
For architects doing their stage with the Ordre (CFG): your hours on the grid’s twelve tasks, each month’s grid in the Ordre’s layout for your maître de stage, and the four controls.
United States
United States rollIncluded
AIA’s phases, and each agreement on record
For offices in the United States: new projects start with AIA’s five phases, SD to CA, the permit’s plan review already counted, and each project’s agreement on record.
AXPIncluded · for interns · NCARB
Your AXP hours, area by area
For interns in US offices: each hour goes to one of NCARB’s six experience areas from its phase, each month’s numbers come ready for My NCARB, and your supervisor confirms them first.
More countries are coming.
