The Ordre’s phases, and the contract

For offices in Belgium. New projects start with the seven phases of the Ordre des Architectes, PRE to EXE, with the permit’s long wait already in the pause after PDU. And as each project comes in, Traceroll asks whether there’s a contract.

What it adds

Contract

Is there a contract already?

If there isn’t, Traceroll walks you through one, step by step, beside the contract as it will print: the Ordre’s model for the complete mission, in French, out as a PDF for you and your client to sign.

The contract walk-through: its seven steps, the client’s step, and the Ordre’s contract beside it as it will print

Permit

The permit’s wait, foreseen

After PDU, the 105 days the permit takes are already a pause on the project, so the forecast knows when the next phase can start, and what you’re free for in the meantime.

A project’s bar: the seven phases, the permit’s long wait after PDU as a pause

How to add it

In Settings, when you’re ready

  1. Open Settings → Rolls → Country → Belgium.
  2. Belgium roll: Activate. If your office has no country yet, this says it’s in Belgium.
  3. Your next new project starts with the Ordre’s seven phases and asks about its contract.

Take it off the same way: Deactivate. What it kept stays, for when you add it again.
