What it adds
Two sides
Each seat has two sides: the studio’s projects and overhead, and your own. The switch is in your avatar’s menu, and one timer runs for both. Everyone sees the studio’s projects and everyone’s hours on them; each person sees only their own week.
Weights
A manager gives each person’s hour its weight, as a ratio or as pay an hour in any currency over the studio’s base hour, so the studio’s figures count what its hours are worth. Amounts reach the managers only.
How to add it
Take it off the same way: Deactivate. What it kept stays, for when you add it again.
