United States rollIncluded

AIA’s phases, and each agreement on record

For offices in the United States. New projects start with AIA’s five phases, SD to CA, the bidders’ weeks inside BID and the permit’s plan review after CD: your own wait in that city once you’ve had a permit there. The days most offices close are off in the forecast, and reports print on US Letter.

What it adds

Agreement

Which agreement, and when it was signed

As each project comes in, Traceroll asks which agreement it’s under and the day it was signed; in California, the eight things the law wants in it, as boxes to tick. Traceroll records, it doesn’t draft, and it isn’t legal advice.

Continuing education

Your courses against the AIA’s year and your state’s cycle

Type each course as you take it, its hours and whether it counts for health, safety and welfare: the Time tab adds them up against the AIA’s year and your license state’s renewal.

How to add it

In Settings, when you’re ready

  1. Open Settings → Rolls → Country → United States.
  2. United States roll: Activate. If your office has no country yet, this says it’s in the United States.
  3. Your next new project starts with AIA’s five phases and asks which agreement it’s under.

Take it off the same way: Deactivate. What it kept stays, for when you add it again.
